Rhythm and Rhyme

A soft, musical space for little ones — and a breather for you.

Rhythm & Rhyme is our gentle, sensory-rich music and movement session created for babies, toddlers, and their grown-ups. It’s a calm, inclusive environment where every family — disabled, neurodiverse, LGBTQ+, multi-generational, first-time parents, foster carers, grandparents — truly feels like they belong.

Cosy mats, soft lights, bubbles, sensory props, instruments, and sing-along magic… all at a pace that feels safe, warm, and welcoming.

What Happens in a Session?

Each 90-minute session blends:

🎵 Songs, rhymes, and soothing musical moments
💛 Inclusive sensory play — bubbles, ribbons, textured scarves, puppets
🧘 Gentle movement with seated, supported, and floor-based options
🤱 Bonding time for parents, babies, carers, and grandparents
🌈 Mini creative activities that spark early curiosity
🫶 Social time in a soft, welcoming space

No pressure. No “perfect parent” energy. Just connection, rhythm, and tiny-human joy.
