Blokes & Brushstrokes is a relaxed, inclusive creative space for men of all ages to come together, switch off, and reconnect — with themselves and with others.
This is a judgement-free space where creativity becomes a tool for wellbeing, confidence and connection.
Many men experience loneliness, stress, anxiety or burnout — but don’t always feel comfortable talking about it or asking for support. Traditional spaces don’t always work, and sometimes sitting face-to-face talking just feels like too much.
Blokes & Brushstrokes was created to offer something different.

Each session is relaxed, informal and welcoming. You’ll be guided through simple creative activities that anyone can enjoy, such as:
There’s no right or wrong way to take part — you can chat, sit quietly, laugh, or simply enjoy the process.
You don’t need experience, confidence or artistic ability.
You just need to show up.
Blokes & Brushstrokes is open to:
You don’t need a diagnosis.
You don’t need to explain yourself.
You’re welcome exactly as you are.
It’s not therapy.
It’s not a class.
It’s just a good space to be human.
As a disability-led organisation, accessibility is built in from the start:
